Heather  Johnson Shift Supervisor

Heather Johnson joined the ACT Team as a telephone operator in August of 2003 after obtaining certification as a Medical Assistant.  Heather quickly mastered the skill of message taking and moved up the ranks to Dispatcher in December of the same year.   Heather’s accuracy and attention to detail along with her excellent interpersonal skills made her an excellent choice for In-Charge which she was promoted to in August of 2004.  Heather excelled in her position and accepted her most recent responsibility of Shift Supervisor in January of 2005.  Heather earned her ATSI/NAEO Site Supervisor Certification in July of 2007.
