Tory Johnson
Operations Manager 

Was introduced to the industry in June of 1997 when she came to work for ACT Teleservices as a Telephone Operator. She quickly moved up to Administrative Assistant/Customer Advocate, where she performed all billing functions, account collections, customer service and all new account programming. Because of her outgoing interpersonal skills, she was then promoted to Operations Coach/Trainer. Tory was promoted to Operations Manager in March of 2002. Tory is a role model for our entire organization.
