Colette Gobran
Administration Manager 

Began her career in the industry in 1984 working for her mother’s Answering Service in Wisconsin. Having relocated to Connecticut in October 1990. Colette started with ACT Teleservices in 1990 as a Telephone Operator for 2 years, and for several years moved her way around the company in such positions as Administrative Assistant for 2 years, Administration Manager for 2 years, Operations Manager for 3 years, and currently holds the position of Administration/Human Resource Manager. Responsibilities include all aspects of payroll, human resources, benefits, and monitoring all administrative tasks, such as billing and collections.
