Joined ACT Teleservices in January 2006 with over 10 years experience in
Call Center Operations and hospital based Answering Services. He also serves
on the board of directors for NAEO (an industry wide users group) and serves
as their Technical Chair. His responsibilities at ACT Teleservices include
overseeing all departments within the company, which include Operations, IT,
Administration, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Service.
