Carla started her career at Answer 1 in 1998 after graduating from the High School Of Commerce where she majored in accounting and computers and received her certificates in Phlebotomy and EKG. She was promoted to Supervisor when Answer 1 and ACT Teleservices merged in October of 2003. Through her hard work, dedication and eagerness to learn, she has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to the ACT Teleservices staff!
